Introduction

Welcome to helo4d. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and helo4d ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Service") governing your access to and use of our online betting platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all associated services.

When creating an account with helo4d, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one account with helo4d. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds. We reserve the right to close duplicate accounts and void any bets or bonuses associated with such accounts.

2.4 Verification Requirements

As part of our KYC obligations, we may require you to submit identification documents including but not limited to:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
• Selfie verification photo
• Additional documents as reasonably requested

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your account until satisfactory verification is completed. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account closure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

helo4d accepts deposits through the following methods:

• Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other participating banks)
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja)
• Other payment methods as made available from time to time

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes during banking hours. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your name
• Any bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawal

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

4. Betting Rules

All bets are subject to acceptance by helo4d. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.

4.4 Voided Bets

We reserve the right to void bets in cases of:

• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount in your account balance at the time of the relevant incident
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from your own negligence, including failure to secure your account credentials

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you following verification, and any active bonuses will be forfeited.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by helo4d

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period

In case of account closure for breach of Terms, we reserve the right to forfeit your account balance and any pending winnings.
